Rooms for Fisheries Students
The Southern Division AFS Student Affairs Committee has reserved a block of rooms for free student lodging for fisheries students during the SEAFWA meeting in Norfolk, VA. Free student lodging will be for two nights: November 6 and 7, 2006.
The SEAFWA meeting provides an excellent opportunity for students to develop their professional skills. In addition to technical sessions, the meeting will include a student social event.
If you are interested in applying for free lodging, send your name, address, contact phone number, email address, school, gender, status (graduate or undergraduate), AFS member number (located on your fisheries mailing label), and a statement about why you wish to attend the meeting to:

In the event that requests exceed the number of spaces available, the following criteria will be used to determine those receiving rooms:
- The applicant is presenting a paper or poster
- The date of the room request
- The applicant is a member of AFS
- The applicant is an undergraduate or graduate student
