About SEAFWA
The SEAFWA consists of 16 southeast state agencies, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. It is responsible for and dedicated to the conservation of fish and wildlife resources. Important functions of SEAFWA include participating with the International Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies, sponsoring cooperative fish and wildlife programs, and providing effective and allied representation on issues concerning water quality protection for fisheries, biodiversity conservation, hunting and outdoor safety, and state's right of jurisdiction over wildlife resources.
