5K Run & Walk - "Striding for Success"
SEAFWA 2006 will host a 5K (3.1 mile) run and walk on Sunday, November 5, beginning at 9 AM. The race route will start across from the Marriott Hotel along the Elizabeth River and will meander past Nauticus, the USS Wisconsin, the NOAA Research Station, and into the historic Ghent district. This will be a great way to see Norfolk!
Pre-registration will be online and t-shirts will be available to online registrants only beginning May 15, 2006. Special prizes will be available for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers!
